Sigma recently completed the last two infill buildings for Fountains in the Green in Phoenix which were 100% occupied upon delivery.

With a continued increase of new residents to Phoenix and a lower than national average cost of doing business, there is increasing attraction for the relocation of financial, professional and manufacturing firms. According to Moody’s there are 14,500 units currently underway and more are needed for our net migration trends.

In addition to completing this project, Sigma is currently working on two new multifamily projects with a local developer.
