(Nov. 29, 2006) Sigma Contracting Inc. a private commercial general contractor, established in 1983, announces the completion of construction of the new M & I Branch Bank in the north Phoenix area. Strategically located at the northeast corner of Tatum Boulevard and Dynamite, the M & I Branch Bank will provide banking services for the rapidly growing northeast Phoenix area.
Comprised of over 5,500 square feet, the M & I Branch Bank features a distinct ambience influenced by contemporary architecture and lifestyle of Tatum Ranch in northeast Phoenix. The bank features two convenient drive-up windows, an ATM, three teller windows, two personal banking stations, three spacious client service offices with a Mortgage Officer, Business and Investment Banker, a full service lobby, and state-of-the-art conference room. The branch bank offers personal, business and commercial banking services in a friendly professional environment.
The M & I Branch Bank is owned and developed by Marshall & Ilsley Bank who hired Sigma Contracting Inc. as the general contractor on the project.
