Construction of the Shoppes at Legacy House Ahead of Schedule

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. (JAN. 8, 2007) Dan Hinkson, President of Sigma Contracting Inc. a private commercial general contractor, established in 1983, is pleased to announce that the construction of their latest specialty retail project, The Shoppes At Legacy House, a Greenstreet Property is approximately five weeks ahead of schedule. The Shoppes At Legacy House are located on McKellips between Higley and Recker Roads, just south of the 202 Red Mountain Freeway, in Mesa, Arizona.
"The efficiency of our management and subcontractors are the reasons we've been able to meet and often times exceed our difficult and challenging construction schedules" said Jerry Patterson, Sigma's Vice President of Project Management.
The Shoppes At Legacy House consists of approximately 30,000 square feet of specialty retail space. The center is characterized by the presence of natural colors and materials such as stone, wood and glass that accent the centers understated elegance and architecture. With an emphasis on businesses that cater to the neighborhood along with specialty boutique shops, the center will begin tenant improvement work in mid January 2007 and open for business in early March 2007.
The Shoppes At Legacy House is owned and developed by Greenstreet Properties who has hired Sigma Contracting Inc. numerous times as the general contractor on several of their Phoenix projects.
