Sigma Contracting, Inc. Announces Completion of Parkway Village Office "A" at Estrella Professional Center in Goodyear
SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. (July 26, 2007) Sigma Contracting, Inc. recently aligned with Southwest Superior Properties, along with development partners Kevin Helland and Todd Kinney in addition to, Andrews Design Group to complete the development and construction of the first phase of office buildings at the Estrella Professional Center master plan. Parkway Village Office "A" is a 28,000 square foot, two story multi-tenant building located in Goodyear, AZ.
Estrella Professional Center is a 20-acre commercial center comprised of office, retail and hotel located at the southwest corner of Estrella Parkway and Roosevelt Street. Building amenities include a State-of-the-Art IT system including T-1 lines and an on site technical support team. The owner Southwest Superior Properties will relocate one of its business entities, Good Neighbor, Inc. on-site. Good Neighbor, Inc. is one of Arizona's fastest growing in-home care giving firms.
The project architect, Andrews Design Group is headquartered in Tempe, Arizona and has branch offices in Colorado Springs, CO. Established in 1996, the ADG team of professionals is a unique mix of individuals that come together as a cohesive team committed to the client's visions.
